Do you have previous experience working within HR and supporting a HR Team? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, an aviation service provider, is recruiting for a People Coordinator on a 12-month contract basis.
 
The role will involve proactively supporting and collaborating with the People team in the day-to-day delivery of effective and efficient administrative support, so that process and workflows run effectively and to required timeframes.

Job Description
  • Providing general HR support by managing inbox queries, coordinating onboarding, drafting contracts, and assisting colleagues with employee relations casework and meeting organisation.
  • Managing people processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate handling of starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence and references in line with SLA requirements.
  • Maintaining employee records within HR systems, supporting payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with audits, policies and procedures across all HR activities.
  • Supporting colleagues with employee relations casework, coordinating induction processes, issuing regular manager updates, and contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience across the organisation.
  • Collaborating on reward processes and wider HR projects, working with the team to ensure initiatives are being delivered effectively, professionally and in a coordinated manner.
 
People Coordinator
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience working within a similar HR-related role
  • Well-versed working in a similar demanding administrative role, preferably within a People/HR team
  • In-depth experience of using and maintaining HR information systems
