Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to join a leading manufacturer based in Yorkshire on a contract basis.

Contract Details

• Outside IR35
• 6 month duration

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans, customer demand and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Drive improvements in OEE, productivity, labour utilisation, downtime, scrap and rework, while delivering cost reductions and maintaining operational budgets.
• Lead, develop and motivate production teams
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, standardise processes and deliver improvements.

• Proven experience working as an Operations Manager
• Well versed working within the manufacturing industry
