Project Manager – Oil & Gas Outside IR35 | £500–£800 per day | 12 months + extension

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle delivery from initiation through to completion
- Act as the primary interface with the customer, managing communication, expectations, and reporting
- Drive programme execution across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and site activities
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Projects, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and SHEQ
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual requirements, and HSE regulations
- Travel regularly between Stockport, Lisburn, and the customer site in Teesside
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the oil and gas sector
- Strong track record delivering complex engineering or EPC-style projects
- Experience managing multi-site projects and cross-functional teams
- Ability to confidently interface with customers and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of project controls, risk management, and commercial awareness
- Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, and installation environments
- Willingness to travel as required across multiple locations
- Outside IR35 contract
