🚨 Job Opportunity: Night shift Autoclave OperatorWe are currently seeking an experienced Night shift Autoclave Operator to join a specialist composites manufacturing business on an initial 6-month contract, with a start date within the next month.
The business operates within the advanced composites sector, supporting the manufacture of high-quality composite components and products for demanding industrial applications.
📋 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autoclave equipment during night shift operations.
• Follow manufacturing procedures, technical instructions and approved curing cycles.
• Load and unload components safely, ensuring correct preparation and processing.
• Monitor temperature, pressure and cycle parameters to ensure product quality.
• Complete production records and maintain accurate documentation.
• Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults or issues.
• Adhere to all health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards.

✅ About You

• Previous experience operating autoclaves within a composites or manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of curing processes and composite manufacturing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently on nightshift while following strict procedures.
• A proactive approach to safety and problem-solving.

💷 Contract Details

• Contract length: 6 months
• Rate: Up to £27 per hour, depending on experience
• Shift: Nightshift
• Start date: Within the next month
