Job Description
- Ensure the calibration system is in adherence to the systems or customer specific requirements.
- Carry out product measurements using the coordinate measurement machine (CMM) and laser scanner.
- Ensure that all reports are formatted to requirements analysis completed prior to distribution.
- Ensure adherence to internal timing plans for measurement programs.
- Coach and guide others on the correct use of gauging in the manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate measurement systems analysis and statistical process control studies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Works with precision and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of a Mitutoyo coordinate measurement machine (CMM) and the use of MCOSMOS(or similar) software.
