Experience & Qualifications:
- Academic Qualifications
- Time-served apprentice with a formal engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Demonstratred experience in machine and facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- PC literate with experience using maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS)
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site machinery and infrastructure
- Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions
- Support operations by resolving mechanical issues that impact production efficiency
- Collaborate with others in the Manufacturing Systems Engineering department and other teams to improve reliability and resolve complex faults
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site procedure
Package & Benefits:
- Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience + bonus
