Job Description

• Work with Project and Business managers to set up a new department within an already well-established company
• Take ownership of various manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency and optimisation
• Manage quality standards on the shop floor ensuring compliance with ISO regulations
• Provide practical support to manufacturing teams when needed

 
Manufacturing Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering and machine builds
• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior experience working towards continuous improvements of quality procedures
• Understanding of rotary machinery is desirable
