Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
- Manage your own products from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to production
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for fabricated and machined components
- Create and maintain manufacturing routings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), SOPs and documentation
- Produce FAIR documentation and support PPAP/NPI activities
- Develop PFMEAs, Control Plans and Process Flow documentation
- Lead root cause investigations using 5 Why, 8D and other structured problem-solving techniques
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency through automation and AI technologies

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience or knowledge of AI tools (professional or personal use)
- Proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of projects
