Management Accountant

Are you experienced with preparing monthly management accounts within the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer are looking for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. The role will see you analyse and report on the financial performance of the business to drive improvements.

Job Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis against budgets.
• Manage general ledger coding, stock and WIP valuation and support statutory reporting.
• Administer payroll processes using Sage 50, including data input, deductions, reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Process and monitor pay-related documentation such as timesheets, overtime, sickness and pension payments.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Fully qualified, part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or qualified by experience
• Competent with excel and finance database
• Previously worked within the manufacturing industry
