The Role: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of site-wide facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the facility
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs
- Maintain building services including heating, lighting, compressed air systems, HVAC, and general utilities
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to minimise downtime
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support with facilities projects, installations, and upgrades
- Proven experience in a similar Maintenance or Facilities Technician role
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments; aerospace experience desirable
- Multi-skilled with electrical and mechanical maintenance skills
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications in maintenance or engineering disciplines
