Owen Daniels are supporting a leading engineering company in Rugby and we are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join on a permanent basis, due to growth in the business.

 

 

Key Account Manager – Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies and account plans aligned with customer requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial tasks, including quotes and pricing, while improving overall profitability.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth delivery and managing any changes effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts through regular communication and site visits.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and follow company policies on health, safety, and quality.
 

Key Account Manager - Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Qualifications in Engineering are desirable such as HNC, HND or degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales/account management position in the Automotive industry or similar
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to keep strong working relationships with customers and suppliers
