Key Account Manager
Job Description
- Be the key point of contact for b2bb customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders
- Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates
- Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments
- Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned
- Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Experienced carrying out a similar customer account management position
- Previous experience working within for a manufacturing organisation
- Well-versed managing internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
