Junior Account Manager – Marine Industry

Our client, a well-established global manufacturing company are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join its UK sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys building relationships, working with technical products, and spending time visiting customers.

You’ll manage and grow key customer accounts across the UK while representing a respected brand within the marine sector.

The Role

• Manage and develop relationships with existing UK customers
• Visit customers across the UK (2–3 days per week)
• Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts
• Support customers with product selection, quotes, and technical queries
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
• Maintain strong product knowledge
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role
• Background in manufacturing or technical products
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Interest in sailing, boating, or the marine industry preferred
• Automotive or aerospace backgrounds also considered
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
