We are working with a leading manufacturer in Wolverhampton who are looking for an Internal Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role supports the with business with project coordination, quotations and internal resources, ensuring clear communication, project execution and a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have experience coordinating projects within the manufacturing/engineering industry.

Internal Operations Coordinator
Job Description
  • Manage project coordination, from order placement through to completion.
  • Be the main point of contact for international customers, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
  • Coordinate quotations, proposals and tenders, working closely with internal teams.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates and issue resolution.
  • Work cross functionally with estimating, design, engineering and production.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Proven experience working within project coordination/management roles
  • Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
