Internal Sales Executive
Job Description
- Building strong relationships with trade partners and distributors across global markets
- Managing customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for sales and order queries
- Supporting pipeline management, processing inbound leads and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Coordinating technical support enquiries with internal teams
- Delivering a professional, confident and engaging customer experience at every touchpoint
- Ensuring all administration and data entry is accurate and up to date

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a sales, customer service, or administrative role
- A confident, engaging communication style
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude!
