Our client is a long-established, family-run British HVAC manufacturer, expanding its refurbishment and site services division due to strong demand and a growing project pipeline.
The Role
A brand-new role with a £20M+ pipeline and established key accounts, focusing on AHU refurbishment and aftermarket projects.
What We’re Looking For
UK Wide (Midlands to South Focus)
£60,000–£70,000 Basic + Bonus

- 75% existing business / 25% new business
- UK coverage (mainly Midlands to South)
- Home-based, 3 days on the road
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC / AHU technical background (min. 4 years)
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Sales experience helpful but not essential
- £60,000–£70,000 basic
- Bonus (OTE £100k+)
- Company car or 10% allowance
- Fuel card, expenses, pension, holiday
