Job Description:

• Lead and develop a new High Voltage profit centre with full operational and financial responsibility.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and commercial controls.
• Oversee contracts, ensuring correct interpretation and implementation of controls.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop a robust pipeline of work.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge/working experience with High Voltage products/industries
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L and budget management).
• Demonstrable experience in business development and driving profitability.
