Job Description
- Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with general Employee Relations matters, supporting managers and employees as required
- Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems
- Support HR processes including onboarding, absence management, and policy administration
- Respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner
HR Assistant
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CIPD qualification not required, although entry-level or foundation certificates would be beneficial
