We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide efficient, reliable support to our client’s HR function, supporting day-to-day HR administration and employee relations activities across the business.
 
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, employee records are accurately maintained, and HR support is delivered in a professional and timely manner.

Job Description
  • Provide comprehensive HR administration support across the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with general Employee Relations matters, supporting managers and employees as required
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HR systems
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, absence management, and policy administration
  • Respond to HR queries in a professional and timely manner
 
HR Assistant
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant or HR Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualification not required, although entry-level or foundation certificates would be beneficial
