Job Description
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function across the full employee lifecycle
- Coordinate recruitment activity including advertising roles, arranging interviews and tracking candidates
- Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and any contractual amendments
- Support onboarding processes including organising inductions and new starter documentation
- Maintain HR systems ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant and regularly updated
- Act as first point of contact for HR queries via the shared inbox and internal requests
- Manage employee files, scanning and filing documentation in line with data protection requirements
- Update internal platforms including intranet content, job descriptions and communication boards
- Process employment references and respond to external requests in a timely manner
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Previous administration experience, ideally within HR
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Good IT skills including MS Office and Excel
- CIPD Level 3 (desirable)
- Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding activities preferred
