Owen Daniels are working with a leading manufacturing business looking to appoint an accomplished Head of Quality to take ownership of its quality function and play a pivotal role in the business's next phase of growth.

The Role
As Head of Quality, you'll lead the quality strategy, drive continuous improvement and ensure the business consistently delivers against the highest standards. You'll take the lead on quality delivery across new product launches, ensuring robust processes, compliance and quality standards are embedded from the outset.
You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to influence business strategy, strengthen quality performance and build a culture where quality is at the heart of everything.
