As a Generator Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of diesel generators and associated equipment at customer sites throughout the region.

As a Generator Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of diesel generators and associated equipment at customer sites throughout the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on generator systems.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
- Servicing and maintaining diesel engines and associated equipment.
- Attending breakdowns and providing reactive support when required.
- Conducting testing, inspections, and commissioning activities.
- Producing accurate service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and technical support.
- Previous experience as a Generator Engineer, Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Power Generation Engineer, or similar.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, control systems, and power generation equipment.
- The ability to work independently and manage a field-based workload.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
