- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and guests.
- Manage reception, visitor sign-in processes, calls, and email enquiries.
- Maintain high standards across all front-of-house and guest areas.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, providing prompt resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and stakeholders.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the visitor experience.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and reporting.
- Provide support across multiple sites when required.
- Previous experience in reception, front of house, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
