Job Description



  • Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio
  • Monitor and update compliance records using internal systems and CAFM systems
  • Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and service providers
  • Arrange contractor attendance on site, including permits to work and access requirements
  • Carry out regular property inspections to ensure communal and external areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Identify building defects or operational issues and help coordinate corrective works
  • Support routine health & safety checks, including fire safety and emergency equipment monitoring
  • Act as a point of contact for occupier queries and service-related requests

Requirements:



  • Previous experience within facilities management or property management
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • CAFM system knowledge
  • IOSH qualification desirable
