Job Description
- Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio
- Monitor and update compliance records using internal systems and CAFM systems
- Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and service providers
- Arrange contractor attendance on site, including permits to work and access requirements
- Carry out regular property inspections to ensure communal and external areas are maintained to a high standard
- Identify building defects or operational issues and help coordinate corrective works
- Support routine health & safety checks, including fire safety and emergency equipment monitoring
- Act as a point of contact for occupier queries and service-related requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience within facilities management or property management
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT literate
- CAFM system knowledge
- IOSH qualification desirable
