Are you an experienced Expeditor with a strong background in manufacturing, materials logistics, and supplier management?

We're working with a growing manufacturing organisation seeking an Expeditor to support raw material availability and supplier performance. You will play a key role in ensuring raw materials are available when required, mitigating supply risks, supporting a newly implemented ERP system, and helping drive on-time delivery across the business.

Expeditor
Job Description:

• Expedite raw materials and components from suppliers through to delivery, ensuring production requirements are met.
• Manage system-generated MRP plans and production schedules to ensure raw material availability and support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor stock levels, safety stock, lead times, and material requirements to prevent shortages and production delays.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to minimise disruption.
• Support the successful adoption of a newly implemented ERP/MRP system, ensuring planning processes are fully utilised and maintained.

Expeditor
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

• Proven experience expediting raw materials within a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Experience managing supplier relationships and expediting materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw material purchasing processes and supplier scheduling.
