As the successful Project Manager, you will join a team of engineering professionals involved in the design and development of bespoke electro-mechanical robotic and automation solutions used globally by leading pharma, medical and manufacturing businesses.
You will be responsible for delivering complex projects through full-lifecycle, ensuing smooth process from order acceptance to installation, ensuing cost and delivery milestones are achieved, as well as design objectives and technical documentation.

Project Manager – Responsibilities:
- Manage the full engineering project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Lead small, multi-disciplinary teams of mechanical, electrical and software engineers on challenging projects.
- Be the main client interface, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Responsible for project budgets, providing financial updates, and meeting cost & revenue targets.
- Contribute to the technical design process and approve technical documentation.
- Ensure all projects adhere to QMS and meet customer specificatio
- Meet project deadlines while managing risk and troubleshooting issues.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Engineering Project Management with multi-disciplinary teams in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering.
- Proven in project management frameworks, such as PRINCE 2, PMP, and Agile methodologies.
- Proven project management of high value projects, on time, to specification, and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder managment, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial and contract management awareness, issue management and contract variations.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering projects to deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project management software.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Must hold a full Driving License with a willingness to travel to customer site across the UK, Europe, and USA as required.
