Are you an experienced Engineering Project Manager looking for your next challenge? I’m currently representing a leading engineering and automation company who specialise in the design, build, and installation of bespoke automation, control systems, robotics, and special purpose machinery. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an Engineering Project Manager to oversee project delivery and resource planning across a diverse and innovative portfolio.

Job Description
  • Lead multiple complex automation and machinery projects from concept to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, KPIs, and schedules to ensure on-time, profitable delivery.
  • Oversee fabrication, build, and commissioning teams to optimise workflow and output.
  • Drive quality standards, continuous improvement, and readiness for FAT.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and project data using ERP and project management systems.
 
Engineering Project Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management or planning within engineering or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple bespoke projects from concept to completion.
  • Skilled in project management and ERP systems such as Microsoft Project or SAP.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost control, and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive, organised, and calm under pressure with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
