Dispatch Supervisor

📦 Dispatch Supervisor – Stoke-on-Trent Hours: Monday - Thursday 12 - 8:30pm, Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Up to £33,000 + bonus + overtime paid at 50% premium

What you’ll do:

• Supervise daily picking, packing, and vehicle loading
  
  
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 10 staff
  
  
• Ensure dispatch targets are met with accuracy and efficiency
  
  

What you’ll need:

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience
  
  
• Background in dispatch/warehouse/loading (any industry)
  
  
• Ability to manage performance and safety standards
