Key Responsibilities
- Input electrical test results, certificates, and reports into company systems.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain and update electronic records and databases.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and missing information.
- Support operational teams with data-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a data input, data entry, or administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Experience working with technical, engineering, compliance, or electrical documentation would be advantageous but is not essential.
