Job Description

• Monitor customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and following up on overdue invoices through various communication methods
• Assess creditworthiness, set credit limits, and evaluate financial risk through credit checks
• Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate credit control records
• Produce reports on aged debt, cash collection, and overall credit exposure
• Collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment plans, and escalate high-risk or problematic accounts

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in credit control
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good organization skills
• Good knowledge of sage 200 and excel
