Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional quote teams to develop accurate and timely component, tooling, and capital investment proposals for RFQs and engineering changes.
• Perform detailed technical and cost calculations, including injection moulding machine tonnage and cycle times, while gathering and documenting all required inputs.
• Manage supplier RFQs and compile comprehensive cost calculation documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to deadlines.
• Support competitive pricing strategies by identifying efficiencies and preparing customer-facing quotation analysis documentation.
• Provide administrative support, contribute to value-for-money discussions, and deputise for senior sales team members when required.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Previous cost engineering experience
• Understanding of CAD (ideally SpinFire)
