Job description
To coordinate all projects ensuring that we deliver on time, to budget and in line with the agreed programme.  Liaise with suppliers, customers and other internal departments to achieve full customer satisfaction.

 Principle Accountabilities
  • To attend job handover meetings with Sales Director and relevant Contracts Manager, making notes and ensuring actions are completed.
  • To place all purchase orders, ensuring the information is recorded on the relevant cost sheet, and track orders to delivery on site, keeping Contract Managers and sub-contractors updated.
  • To review cost sheets with Contract Managers on a regular basis.
  • To ensure the contract folders are kept up to date, at all times and archive completed projects.
  • To submit Building Regulations’ applications, when required, collate information and liaise with approved inspectors.
  • To ensure site reports are completed on a daily basis by the Contract Managers.
  • To generate O&M manuals.
  • To ensure that the Contracts Manager has all relevant documentation to complete
  • job closures.
Contract Set Up:-
  • Prepare all the job packs
  • Drawings, update drawing register and issue of latest updates.
  • Request RAMS and necessary certificates from contractors.
  • Health and safety.
  • Submit building regulation’s applications.
  • To assist with the programme of works and issue. Keep updated on a weekly basis.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office, including TEAMS, Evolution M and project software.
  • Experience of working with databases.
  • Good understanding of job costings.
  • Team player with good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Well organised.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • A professional approach.
