Composite Laminators – Contract Roles (Outside IR35)
A renowned composite manufacturer supplying high-performance industries including F1, Automotive, Aerospace, is currently looking for 3x Composite Laminators to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity, supporting a busy and fast-paced production environment, delivering high-quality composite components under tight deadlines for high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carbon fibre lay-up and laminate build (pre-preg & wet lay)
• Vacuum bagging, debulking, and preparation for cure
• Working from engineering drawings and work instructions
• Maintaining quality, traceability, and housekeeping standards
  
  

Required Experience (Contract)

• Minimum 2+ years’ commercial composite laminating experience
• Experience within motorsport, F1, automotive or aerospace environments is highly desirable
• Used to working in high-pressure, fast-paced manufacturing settings with changing priorities
• Able to work independently from engineering drawings
