Job Description
- Ensure machine uptime, maintaining quality standards and delivering against production targets.
- Ensure machines are optimised and running at every opportunity
- Set and operate the machines as required
- Maximise production hours within the machining cell
- Work to priority lists in collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Ensure delivery targets are achieved
- Conduct regular machine accuracy and alignment checks
- Maintain a clean and organised, customer-ready machining cell
- Promote and maintain safe working practices

Job Description
- Proven experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines
- Strong understanding of tight tolerance precision engineering
- Experience working with materials such as aluminium, stainless steel.
- Experience working within a precision engineering environment
- First 36 hours – Standard rate
- Next 11 hours – Time and a half
- Thereafter – Double time
