Job Description

• Create and edit CMM and 3D scanning measurement programmes using PC-DMIS and Zeiss Inspect software.
• Set and operate CMM machines confidently
• Measure components, tooling and fixtures, producing accurate inspection reports.
• Support Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling and NPI teams with metrology and measurement activities.
• Use measuring equipment, interpret engineering drawings and GD&T, and maintain metrology equipment and work areas.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in metrology and quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use GD&T.
• Experienced operating CMM machines
• Able to use measurement tools such as Micrometers and Verniers
• Knowledge of PC-DMIS
• Strong attention to detail
