Job Description
- Conduct inspection of composite and metallic components.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Gauge R&R reporting.
- Support MRB process.
- Create FAIR packs and other related documentation required for C of C to customer parts.
- Feedback regular or systemic failures to Operations / Engineering.
- Collaborate with production staff to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in quality inspection/control within manufacturing, ideally composites, aerospace, or a related industry.
- Strong experience with CMM programming and operation
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience using Offline PCDMIS Programming.
- Skilled with quality inspection equipment such as callipers, micrometres, and CMMs.
