Continuous Improvement Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) transformation projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Apply lean tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, TPM, 5S, Visual Management Systems, and KPI boards.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Deliver training and coaching on lean principles and leadership behaviors to empower teams.
- Monitor performance using KPIs, track project progress, and ensure sustainable results.
- Utilize project management tools to document, measure, and report on improvement initiatives, including financial and operational impact.
Continuous Improvement Leader
Essentials
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
- Expertise in lean tools and methodologies (A3, 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma).
- Proven project management experience and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, training, mentoring, and influencing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Minitab, Visio, or similar software.
