With operations spanning from the UK to Australia and partnerships with all major energy suppliers, the company has managed over 2TWh of energy and works with more than 42,000 supply points globally.

CHP Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a small fleet of micro CHP units (20–50kW) across the West Midlands region.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CHP systems both on-site and remotely.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear updates and excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with Gas Safe regulations and relevant safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development as new technologies and systems are introduced.
- Proven experience in CHP maintenance, repair, and field service (micro or small-scale units preferred).
- Gas Safe certification (covering turbines and meters).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (field-based with remote flexibility).
- Full UK driving licence.
- £50,000 – £60,000 salary (depending on experience).
