Our clients team is growing! They compete in GB3 & British F4, develop top-tier talent, and have a clear goal: challenge at the front. Now they need a Chief Mechanic to lead the mechanical side of their GB3 programme.
📍 Location: Northamptonshire (travel to UK & European circuits)
📅 Contract: Full-time
Your role in the fast lane:
🔧 Lead build, prep & maintenance of GB3 cars to championship-winning standards
🏎 Take charge of garage operations on race & test weekends
👥 Lead, motivate & mentor a high-performing mechanic team
📊 Work with engineers to turn data & driver feedback into performance gains
📦 Keep their workshop, spares, and pit equipment race-ready
What you’ll bring:
✔ Proven No.1 or Chief Mechanic experience in single-seaters (GB3, F4 or similar)
✔ Deep technical knowledge & setup expertise
✔ Leadership, organisation & calmness under pressure
✔ Full UK driving licence
