Job Description
- Conduct assessments and recommend certification decisions (issue, re-issue, withdrawal) in line with the company policies, delivering clear reports and actionable feedback to clients.
- Add value to client organisations by evaluating systems/processes, providing commercially aware insights, and maintaining high professional standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting satisfaction, retention, and business development opportunities.
- Lead and support assessment teams, coach colleagues, and contribute to team effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Manage workload, maintain accurate records, and uphold professional qualifications while supporting internal processes and service delivery excellence.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong industry expertise and understanding of business operations to accurately interpret management system standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, impactful messages to senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality reports, manage administrative tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and a consultative approach to building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of EIDAS/ETSI standards.
- Minimum 12 months Trust services experience
