Reporting into the Group Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing costs, supporting stakeholders and ensuring contractual, quality and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of projects in line with agreed programmes and contractual requirements
- Assist with management of existing support contracts, minor project works and repairs
- Prepare monthly project reports, phase reviews, forecasts and budgets
- Track project costs to maintain bid margins and financial performance
- Ensure all QHSE documentation is completed, approved and compliant
- Coordinate resources, materials, equipment and subcontractors
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and support system development
- Attend production scheduling meetings and understand production hours and costs
- Understanding of project management techniques
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working between 07:00 and 18:00
