A growing energy infrastructure business is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to join its team in Liverpool.
Working across a portfolio of operational energy assets, you will play a key role in supporting asset performance, maintenance coordination, client reporting, and data management activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical individual looking to develop their career within the energy and infrastructure sector.
The role offers exposure to a range of operational energy assets and would suit someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and anomalies, and seeing how data supports real-world operational decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesAsset Data & Reporting
  • Pull, clean, organise, and maintain asset performance data from internal systems and portals
  • Support routine asset performance monitoring and reporting activities
  • Identify and flag missing data, inconsistencies, unusual trends, and performance issues
  • Prepare data for client reporting, internal reviews, invoicing, and business reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate records of data used for reporting and billing purposes
  • Support client queries and assist with the preparation of asset performance information
  • Attend internal and client meetings where required, capturing actions and follow-up requirements
Maintenance Coordination
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across operational sites
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to arrange maintenance visits
  • Maintain maintenance schedules, trackers, and associated documentation
  • Support site access arrangements, bookings, and required documentation
  • Track maintenance actions, warranties, spares, and lifecycle information
  • Ensure maintenance follow-up actions are completed and recorded accurately
Asset & Process Support
  • Assist with project handovers as assets transition into live operation
  • Gather and maintain key asset information, including specifications, contacts, warranties, and performance requirements
  • Support the tracking of recurring issues, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate asset management records and documentation as the portfolio grows
Essential Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience in an analytical discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Operational Research, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, organise, and validate data
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
  • Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies within data
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Proactive and curious approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow actions through to completion
