We are looking for Assembly Technician to join one of our clients on a permanent basis, supporting the assembly department.
 
You’ll be responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly, working from engineering drawings and ensuring all products meet quality, safety and production KPIs.

Assembly Technician
Job Description

• Work within the production team assembling equipment in a high-quality manner.
• Carry out mechanical assembly and basic electrical wiring and crimping
• Work from engineering drawings, schematics and bills of materials
• Use a variety of hand tools, keeping in line with health and safety procedures

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read and understand engineering and electrical schematic drawings
• Confident using hand tools such as spanners, screwdrivers and wrenches
