Job Description
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, colleagues, offices, and stakeholders
- Process, reconcile, and verify invoices, statements, and system balances
- Maintain accounts payable records, folders, and ledgers accurately
- Handle high volumes of invoices efficiently with minimal supervision
- Raise, log, and follow up queries; resolve issues within company policy
- Complete BACS/CHAPS requests, credit applications, and monitor CASS/deferment
- Answer calls, manage paperwork, support projects, and carry out general AP administration

Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar position
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Ability and flexibility to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Strong working capability on use of Microsoft office suite including word/ excel/ outlook
- Able to complete work and thrive within a fastmoving, dynamic business and environment
- Organised - the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and to prioritise workload and self-manage when required
- Excellent attention to detail
