Our client are a precision manufacturing business, based in Birmingham, specialising in machining and assembly of high value low volume components.
Role
Day to day programming of components, write out production plans and prove out more complicated programmes with operators.
Requirements
Machines used:
Mazak integrex’s, mazak variaxis. Predominately 3+2 machines but also a 5 axis
Would also be required to write programs for older machines including 2 axis lathes, horizontals, Pumas, Doosans and Matsuuras
Shifts
Week 1 – Monday – Thursday, 6am – 2pm, Friday is 6am – 11:30am
Week 2 – Monday -Thursday 1pm – 9pm, Friday hours are 11:30 – 5pm
Overtime available.
Due to the nature of the work, candidates must hold a British passport.

- Extensive experience programming in SolidCAM
- Vericut experience
- Fanuc and mazatrol experience
- All programs run through ISO code
