This session will explore how organisations can better understand and support neurodiversity and disability in the workplace. With growing awareness around neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, many organisations are recognising the value of creating environments where individuals can work in ways that suit their strengths.
