James joined the business in 2013 and holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. He enjoys spreading his knowledge in this area when dealing with clients and candidates. James is responsible for numerous tasks within the business but has a main focus on managing the key accounts and ensuring processes are as smooth as possible for both clients and candidates when hiring top talent. James enjoys snowboarding, hiking and the taste of a cold one or two on the weekends.
