This statement sets out the actions that we have taken to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to our business and steps to prevent slavery and human trafficking.
Our business consists of recruitment across UK, Wales and Northern Ireland. We source candidates for our clients; therefore, we believe it is important that our employees receive awareness training around issues involving modern slavery and human trafficking.
We establish a relationship of trust and integrity with all our suppliers, which is built upon mutually beneficial factors. Our supplier selection and onboarding procedure includes due diligence of the supplier’s reputation, respect for the law, compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, along with references.
Any reports are taken extremely seriously, and the company is committed to ensuring that all investigations shall be prompt and effective. If our investigations reveal any issues, we are committed to taking appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Working with the appropriate organisations to improve standards,
- Removing that organisation from our preferred supplier list,
- Passing details to appropriate law enforcement bodies.
