Johnsons Workwear is a leading producer, supplier, and cleaner of workwear and textiles, serving a wide array of top UK businesses in the engineering, FMCG, and manufacturing industries. Successfully delivering workwear services to more than 36,000 clients across various industry sectors throughout the UK, Johnsons Workwear is headquartered in Preston Brook, Cheshire. The company employs over 2,300 staff across 17 sites, setting a high standard in customer service and continuous investment in its workforce. In addition to workwear, Johnsons also offers premium linen services for the hotel, catering, and hospitality sectors, including high-volume hotel linen services, through several brands such as “Johnsons Hotel Linen”, “Johnsons Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Linen”, “Johnsons Restaurant & Catering Linen”, and “Regency”.

This partnership marks an exciting development and will see Owen Daniels exclusively providing comprehensive recruitment solutions to Johnsons Workwear’s Basingstoke branch. Following 18 months of continuous recruitment efforts across the company, we are honoured to be selected as the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider for the Basingstoke site. Under this agreement, we will manage recruitment for engineering, logistics, production, office teams, and managerial roles across the entire site.
