ODC attended the MIACTS 2023

The MIACTS 2023 is an event for MIA members to showcase their products and services, as well as network with people who touch every corner of the motorsport business community. The MIA boasts nearly 300 business members, whose companies transact more than £5 billion of business worldwide.

The event took place at the prestigious Silverstone race venue, which is notably the home of British motorsport. All members are delivering into the motorsport industry, whether that be directly or through the supply chain. The exhibitors at the show had the opportunity to meet with other members and suppliers into this industry sector. The event was held over two days (11^th/12^th October) with an awards ceremony taking place on the Wednesday evening.

The awards ceremony was specifically in association with AP Racing, a leading brake and clutch supplier to the motorsport industry. At the awards ceremony, there were various awards given out, including the award for services to the industry and innovation within motorsport.

Owen Daniels Consultancy attended the event on Thursday 12^th October, it was a great opportunity to witness motorsport technology in all of its glory, as well as meet new & existing customers. Some of the personal highlights include meeting up with existing clients AP Racing who were lead sponsors of the event, getting an up close and personal view of championship-winning vehicles and learning a lot about the amazing companies that support the industry from all facets.

We will aim to make this a regular event to attend, encouraging our staff members to see first-hand the feats of engineering excellence and brilliant people that make the motorsport industry what it is.
