Senior Programme Manager
The Senior Programme Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Job Description

• Continually manage multi-project dependencies across a portfolio of projects
• Lead the cross-company integration of plans and resources for the timely delivery of the assigned projects
• Manage project scope and deliverables through a structured change management process to ensure customer expectations are met
• Identify risk factors and escalate in advance
• Determine cost, performance and schedule metrics for inclusion in project business cases in order to demonstrate the expected business benefits
• Act as the deputy to the Head of Projects and manage the team in their absence
• Plan and direct performance of staff members as assigned. Motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address complaints and resolve problems

Senior Programme Manager
Senior Programme Manager will require the following experience:
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects at one time
• Wokred in an engineering/Manufacturing environment 
• Experience of managing Product development and customer delivery projects
• Able to independently manage and lead all facets of a project, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence and direct multiple activities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Power PPM or similar tool
• Experience of training and developing other Project Managers
